In 2018 More investor plan to expand business in Vietnam

More and more investors and large economic gourps have shown interest in the Vietnamese market due to the success of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leader’ Meeting in November.

A survey conducted by the PWC revealed that 62 percent of the world’s 1400 leading CEOs who attended the APEC event plan to expand their business in Vietnam in2018.

Some 47 percent of the foreign investor said they plan to invest more in the country in the next 12 months.

Vietnam has become one of the  four leading APEC economies in international investment attraction. The country is forecast to be among the countries with the highest GDP growth for years.

This position is attributable to the country’s large amount internet users, and dynamic and studious young people, who have been described by researchers and CEOs as valuable resources

Vietnam also boasts geo-economy and geo-political advantages, with US President Donald Trump saying Vietnam is located in the heart of the Indo-Pacific free trade area.
